We are unable to accept cancellations however we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt, you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs) provided that the item returned is in its original condition that was supplied to you, with all tags still attached and in it's original packaging, We are unable to refund you for your postage costs. Please note that we have to be notified by email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase if you would like to return goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage be obtained when returning any item.
